arrived early 08.45 for a given appointment time of 08.56 was told to sit and wait for my blood test after several people i believe 8 came in after me for blood test all of which went in almost straight away
i was kept waiting until my parking ticket was about to run out at that point i left
totally disgusted with the surgery and will go else where.
have not been happy with treatments appointments and general care for a long long time
diabetics support is non existent but love to send you rubbish gibberish letters. |

after speaking to 111, they advised to ring doctor, after 3 attempts on hold, then to be cut off, i think it is safe to say (surgery not responding) so taking patient to a&e, so doctor surgery adding to stuggling a&e pressures! I called the Surgery at 0800hrs today and was immediately offered a call by a Doctor later in the day. I was called at 1340hrs by Dr Babu who listened patiently to my symptoms before prescribing medicine from the local pharmacy. I had delayed calling for the past 2 weeks much to my wife’s annoyance for which I now feel foolish. The entire process was effortless and fruitful for which I am eternally grateful so Thank You Very Much Staunton Surgery!!!!!!!! |
