Have been a patient for past 3 years, constantly belittled and treated badly by the reception staff who have never in my experience been able to successfully follow an admin task to completion |

Just awful. Advised to do e consult as I will get response within 7 days or next appointment in more than 3 weeks time. Absolute joke of surgery. And receptionists could do with some people skills and manners, was made feel like a nuisance for calling. Sort it out! |
