Answer phone message not turned on leading to me being told to hold as I was moving up the que for an hour before I had to give up. No bank holiday opening times on website or facebook created confusion. Facebook messages unanswered for 12 days and counting. Almost impossible to get through on the phone and no email contact. |

Terrible reception / appointment booking' staff on the phone. Treated with disdain, made to feel like I was being a complete nuisance and inconvenience by asking to try to see someone re my medical issue. No appointments available, ring back tomorrow. Absolutely shocking. This is people's lives and health that these officious staff are playing with. |
