No complaints at all about this surgery. Received excellent medical attention from a Care Coordinator and a GP when I needed it. Reception staff are really helpful too. Thank you. |

My 10 month old twins have managed to pick up every bug and illness going. Everytime I have called the practice since they have been born to consult with a doctor about them, I am given outstanding service from the team of receptionists and doctors. It’s obvious how hard they all work, but they never let that interfere with the care we are given. Sophie in particular has been great. I know she genuinely cares. It’s so reassuring to know that I can pick up the phone on behalf of my babies and get the help they need within a quick time frame. The team of receptionists there are under appreciated a majority of the time. They deserve more credit for all their hard work and the genuine care they give patients. So thank you from myself and my family. |

I am an 81 year old woman. Doctor arrived and knew nothing about me. I explained that I had flu like symptoms and my chest and usual obs were taken. I was told I had an upper respiratory infection. I have COPD and have been told by my own GP that I should have antibiotics for any kind of chest infection. No antibiotics were issued. Four days later and my breathing had worsened considerably so I used my reserve antibiotics and steroids and within a few days began to feel a lot better... I also informed the doctor of my involvement in a car crash and that I had back/neck pain and rib pain, I was not examined for this at all. The GP was cold and unapproachable. |
