Impossible to get an appointment in advance if you're working.
Since combining the various willow group surgeries the system is awful you can be sent to any of the gps/medical centres around the town if you're lucky enough to ring at 8.01 and not be hung up whilst waiting in the queue.

I wished to access a site to ask a question but it has proved impossible. I saw Dr Sariyah Al-Hallao at the Waterside clinic in early March and he was brilliant but the follow up care has been appalling. The clinic I was referred to have no knowledge of my records and frankly don't seem interested. When you do actually find a good and caring doctor it just doesn't seem to matter. | ||||||
