Appalling care. Acute pain and essentially told to just get on with it and bloods and review in 9 days. Contacted them to say no improvement but still no change in management. No diagnosis, no compassion. | ||||||

The new online consultation service works well. I consider the surgery runs in a professional manner and despite obvious pressures the staff work under, they are both professional and friendly. | ||||||
