I tried to get a prescription for anti-inflammatory tablets on line but was told I needed to make an appointment. Tried to make an appointment by phone but after being held in queue for over an hour I was told there were no appointments and to call back next day. Can't even do an online appointment as this has been shut down. What a waste of everyone's time. No wonder there is added pressure on the hospitals and ambulance service. | ||||||

Dreadful. Over 55 minute wait to get through via phone. Fobbed off at every opportunity. If you aren’t quick enough online it’s shut down until the next day. You have limited minutes to explain your issue online before it counts you out. I cannot understand how this is still running. This is dangerous for the local community. | ||||||
