No face to face appointments available at any time; a telephone appointment offered in 3 weeks time. I don't need a doctor appointment very often but when I do, there is no chance to be offered one. | ||||||

This surgery is in a very good position to serve the residence of St Leonards and St Ives, but it as no staff. It spends more time closed than open, dispensing of flu jabs seem to be its only good point, but for some reason does not dispense the Covid jab ! Getting an appointment to see a doctor at the St Leonards surgery is almost impossible, forcing patients to travel to the Ringwood surgery instead, St Leonards is just the poor relation, rather like an overflow carpark ! I was told a while ago that St Leonard’s would soon be fully manned and functional, this is not happening, (there is not even a receptionist), so if there is no desire to do that, why not save some money and shut it down, then all the patients in area will know where they stand, Cornerways Ringwood would be the only option. I have just tried booking a doctors appointment, and was told the soonest was 3 weeks away, no wonder A&E is always full up ! | ||||||

Lovely helpful staff. This is a branch surgery for a bigger surgery in Ringwood so it is delightfully local and although not always open the main surgery is always available in an emergency or outside branch surgery hours. | ||||||
