I was on the phone trying to get an appointment, phoned at 10am on 19 Sept, in total I was on the phone for over 90 mins, surely this system has to improved. Did not get an appointment time until next day for an appointment Tues 24 Sept. Doesnt help that we cant phone until after 10 now. |

The GP I saw wasnâ??t sure why I was seeing her and was a little cross with another GP for what she saw as passing the buck! Nice GP but not sure was professional to discuss air frustration. |

Historically this service used to be very well respected - now the information that comes from external parties such as specialists through to written letters is very often missed, and just filed - this is becoming more evident.
It is also known that patients are leaving this service due to poor appointment choices, are not involved in the Ease of Access schemes in other surgeries.
Repeat prescriptions though online often are missed and need re-application
Furthermore, their own Patient Participation Group service is merely a message system to your phone with no face to face interaction.
I would not recommend this service. |
