Been trying to speak with a doctor with no chance so I wrote a letter and took it in to the surgery the receptionist said they have to read it first so there no patent confidentially won't bother anymore feed up with it all be better not being around anymore | ||||||

More than 1hr on phone more than 2 visits to doctors more than 2 weeks just trying to see or even speak to a doctor! After all that managed to get a telephone appointment a week later. So now have to sit and wait up to half a day to b ready to answer the phone so 1/2 day off work unpaid! Utterly ridiculous. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure. | ||||||
