I have been with the practice for nearly 7 years , they have been efficient in offering an appointment quickly, the wait time is minimal and the GP makes me feel like I'm not wasting their time or make me feel rushed in my appointment , nothing is too much trouble. ALL staff are welcoming and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery . | ||||||

I recently experienced a nasty accident whilst cycling in Australia and returned to the UK with a whole bunch of injuries all over my body including broken bones. Over the last two weeks I have needed to contact the surgery to remove stitches, request additional pain relief and investigate other related injuries. The surgery has been really responsive to my needs over this period offering timely appointments and treatment that has had a really positive impact on my recovery. My thanks. | ||||||

During the last two years l have received excellent treatment,advice and care from the Southampton General Hospital and the Waterfront Garden Surgery. From my initial examination to my recent follow up blood test the doctors and staff have been so helpful and professional.
My High Dose Brachytherapy and radiation therapy at the General eighteen months ago was carried out in a very caring,thoughtful and professional manner. I have nothing but praise for all concerned in my ,treatment. | ||||||
