Never able to see your GP, I do not know what they do all day IF they are in? Unable to book appointments even though the website states you can Receptionist are not people focused and process you as if it is all to much, they will do anything not to let you see your GP. O n the very rare times I have been into the surgery for a blood test there were no doctors in house the nurse was embarrassed when I asked where the doctors on call were not in the practise All round a very poor practise which needs to do what they were trained to do see patients and not hide behind covid |

The Doctors seem perfectly ok, once your allowed to get through, Some of the receptionists, act like little Gods! They seem to decide if you need a GP or not! Trying to complain to Practice manager isn’t advertised And extremely hard to get hold of or contact! Not a good system, The overall management of this Dr practice, needs radical improvement, At times they hope you will die before you’re seen! That saves another patient being seen again, in fact I try not to waste phoning the GP surgery unless I am desperately ill, then it’s a rig morals, to get through! Please try and improve the day to day running of this surgery, make it a worth while visit! |
