I have been at this surgery for 25 years or more,I never use to go doctor's much only if i had a chest infection that's it,now i have arthritis and I'm in so much pain all they do is Chuck tablets at me.my depression has got worse and my anxiety is through roof, doctor's make me feel worthless especially one who judged my life, doctor's want you in & out they don't care .use to be a decent doctor's years ago how it's gone down hill | ||||||

As a patient with this surgery for over ten years I have recently had to make appointments for pain management recently. There are never appointments available within the week, always having to wait two or mor weeks to be seen.
On my last visit I was told that I was not registered at the surgery and the system showed that I was registered with another GP surgery almost two miles away.
The reception staff are less than helpful, always insinuating that the problem is with the patient and not their bad management. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone which is a shame as the doctors are excellent | ||||||

Phoned doctor's yesterday i had a phone call from a doctor from lake road for 48 mins and she arranged for me to pick up anxiety pills,portsea doctor's won't even give me them until tomorrow what a joke,you overide your own colleague( what is point of phone call)i was in terrible state yesterday & that doctor calmed me right down,it's disgusting your making me wait a day for my pills. | ||||||
