I was asked to phone on the 04/01/21 for an appointment for a routine injection. I phoned 200+ times and always received a 'line busy' reply ;assume the phone was deliberately left disengaged - or I was unlucky 200 times? effectively I do not have a contactable surgery. |

If there was a 0 out of 5 this practice would earn it. The reception staff are rude and have no condsideration for the well being of their patients. I have been trying to see a doctor for 7 weeks. Was told I had to do an econsult, which I did, received an email from a doctor saying I needed to be seen - that was 4 weeks ago. Apparently I am now on an appointment waiting list. I know if I needed to be seen I could use the same day clinic, but I'm not an emergency and so would not use the clinic. I am told when the new appointments are released I will be contacted - no idea when they will be released - I have been given three different dates now but then told when I phone the appointments haven't been released. The Homewell Practice used to be excellent - what happened? |
