The best surgery in Portsmouth. You can always get through on the phone and the reception staff are so helpful. Good access to both booked appointments and urgent ones. You are seen when you need to be which is so important. No huge waits. The online repeat prescription service is useful. Doctors are very thorough and don't fob you off at all they refer on when necessary. All the medical staff doctors and nurses go above and beyond to help you feel you are in safe hands. You hear horror stories about other surgeries with massive waits and GPs ignoring important symptoms but the university surgery is not like that at all. I hope it stays that way as they provide an excellent and important service. |

I always am able to get in when I need to be seen and am given brilliant advice and choices over my care. Dr Klemenz and Doctor Wong in particular are very thorough and provide excellent care. The nurse team are helpful I see them for my asthma and have seen a real difference in my health due to this. I know if I have any worrying symptoms I am in good hands with this surgery and they will refer when appropriate. It's so important with even smaller things like an infection to be able to be seen on the day and I have been when I've had ear infections which prevents it getting worse and becoming more of a problem. With more ongoing things the wait is not unreasonable to see your own doctor- continuity of care is so important. The reception team are efficient and helpful and I can always get through. The online services like ordering repeat prescriptions work well too which is useful. I'm so grateful I'm with such a good quality surgery. |

My nose was broken but it got better... unfortunately dr. Alaladeh touch it very strongly, and finally couldn't give me any help or treatment. so after came back my home,my pain and swalling turned back. He should not touch me if he did not know how to touch broken nose. I am so upset, angry and disappointed. |
