One of the worst surgeries in Hampshire, avoid this place if you value your mental health as I believe they falsify their CQC ratings. They neglect patients with mental health and disregard anxieties and complaints they have with their handling of their care, including but not limited to dismissal of concerning emails and incomprehensible voicemails. They don't even care that their medication doesnt help and you stopped taking it despite claims they helped 90% of their mental health patients in 2016. This practice showcases exactly what is wrong with the NHS and their outlandish treatment of mental health patients. Receptionists and admin need sacking. |

I can't fault this surgery at all. Appointments you never wait along time. If urgent appointment request, there get you in. The whole team effort in park lane med centre is top marks with me |

I have been a patient at this practice for approximately eighteen months, in that time I have attended appointments with a verity of health professionals at the practice. All but one have been absolutely great with listening and giving advice. The main negative about this practice is the administrative team, they are not very forthcoming with any help in getting you an appointment when it’s needed, it feels that a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude is always present, which makes life extremely difficult and unpleasant when you are trying to lead a normal life, cope with multiple mental health issues, multiple physical issues and hold down a full time job to be able to pay all the bills. In all the times I have needed to see a doctor the next day I have never been able to. The practice expects their patients to take a full day off work just to get a five minute appointment (which is not guaranteed). This is ridiculous! Having to phone in at 0800hrs, not actually get through to someone until at least 0830hrs then to be told that there are no appointments left? This practice needs to update their way of operating to ensure it meets the needs of the patients as at present they do not. |
