After moving to the area recently I filled in an online new patient registration form . In the Easter I had to have my bloods taken and meds at my old drs. 1 day after having bloods done I called old drs to be told unable to give me rmy results I'm no longer a patient. Obviously my records are not with this drs yet but I called the receptionist who was lovely here who asked me to pop on after work to fill in a form. Whilst doing this I explained my old drs had made me wait over a year for my cervical screening test and I still was unable to book an appt so I would need to book in once my records were here. Within 2 minute's she had booked me in for a test the next day! So helpful, kind and caring an absolutely lovely lady .. thank you for caring and making the transition to a new drs a positive experience. |

I dont normally do things like this, but I am really very unhappy with this service. Did an e consult form 3 weeks ago, to be given a text nessage with an appointment for a phone consultation. Had to get my own blood pressure reading ready for today's phone call. To then receive a text saying my appointment was cancelled and to call the sugary in a weeks time to reschedule. Seriously, this service has become a disgrace and I feel sorry for anyone who could be seriously unwell. Sort it out people, we pay for your serviced through our NI contributions and all we're worth is an automated text message, ridiculous! |

It is impossible to obtain a reply on the phone to arrange an appointment. You wait for up to an hour making your way through the queue until position 1 when you then get the message all lines are busy please call back and the phone line goes dead. Econsults are not read correctly the first box is all that is considered and subsequent questions ignored. They are reviewed by clerical not clinical staff who then provide appointments 24 - 28 days in the future and sometimes just a telephone call. When you get to see a GP or nurse practitioner they are great it is just a struggle to get past the clerical personnel. |
