The doctors here are all lovely and so good at their job which is the main reason we haven’t transferred to a new surgery. Unfortunately the receptionists are often rude and patronising and not particularly helpful when asked questions- they are often dismissive. The Doctors here are so great it’s just such a shame the receptionists don’t maintain the friendly and polite atmosphere. | ||||||

All the staff are helpful and courteous. The only problem I would highlight is that recently I can’t get an appointment without waiting about 10 days. This is different if it is an emergency. I can’t fathom out why if it is an emergency and you ring at 8am you can’t make an appointment for the afternoon, | ||||||
