Dear Dr Banfield, Further to my previous disappointed note to you regarding my lack of prescriptions, I now feel somewhat foolish as having returned home I have found that you HAVE provided three months prescriptions as requested. My knee-jerk reaction came about by the pharmacist advising that they had only given me one month prescription as this was all that had been prescribed. On inspection however when I returned home I discovered they were incorrect and you HAD prescribed my request. Sorry for the confusion. I think from here on in I will use Tandy to dispense my medication. Sorry once again. Nicholas Hands B.Eng (Hons) C.Eng MICE MIWEM |

Dear Dr.Banfield, Please could you provide a further TWO months prescriptions for ALL of the MS medication I am on. Even though you previously agreed to do this, to avoid me continually returning each month to the UK to get my medication, and you have previously done the same, to my complete disappointment, this time you have provided just one! Despite my MS struggles I work abroad a lot (I am a Chartered Civil Engineer) and need my medication to control the pain! I received only ONE months set of medication today having made a return visit to the UK to collect THREE months. Please can you help by prescribing the TWO month shortfall ASAP before I fly out of the country again in a few days time? Kind Regards Nicholas Hands B.Eng (Hons) C.Eng MICE MIWEM |
