My mum passed away a few weeks ago. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Tinkers Lane Surgery for their kindness and support the staff ?have shown both her and the family, especially over the last few years. It was so comforting to know that practical help & advice was at the other end of the phone. |

I have been with Tinkers surgery for three years now.I have made numerous complaints, but never had a reply. I’m aware of the stress, understaffed, and the demand the NHS have. But the waiting time is really bad, last week I had an appointment 25 minutes I waited . ( This was the first appointment of the day.) Today I had a doctors appointment at 09.00 at 09.35 I still wasn’t in the appointment and had to leave to get back to work. Last year I waiting 1hour to be seen. I have so much that I have complained about in the last three years and it just seems normal and no one seems fased by it. I work full time and have two children my life like most people is constant from morning till evening. I have moved around a lot In the last ten years due to my husbands job. This is the worst surgery I ever had to deal with . It really is unbelievable. No one seems to care it’s such a shame. |

Can’t get an appointment to see a doctor in less than 4 weeks, and fobbed off when you talk to a nurse. |
