Three Swans Surgery (Three Chequers Medical Practice)

I recently attended for blood test and had phoned to include blood pressure. Was told not allowed but nurse said if I had warned would need one could have it done! I had asked before appt.! Only allowed 3mins for test but nurse didn't leave room for another 6 mins! Blood was dripping down jumper sleeve when got in car - thanks for that! Although actually in surgery was not allowed a telephone call back from Clinician had seen before as need to talk about problem had for 4 yrs! Was asked to fill online questions but was not available when logged to systemonline page. I know surgery busy but while there at desk for over 10mins no patients/docs in sight and no phones ringing. Obviously a call company to all surgeries? Presumably why rarely answered. Rang once at 7.59 not open. At dead on 8 caller no. 7 What the ?

I have tried repeatedly to get a doctor on the phone, sat for long lengths of times only to be put on a list that never seems to include me. Finally a brief telephone consultation on the phone and a month later after taking the medication the problem hasn’t been solved. I keep trying to repeat the ordeal of getting someone to talk to without any luck. I cannot leave the house in case a doctor phones…..he doesn’t.
