I Put in my Prescription, when I went to collect my medication the Pharmacy did not receive my prescription from the Surgery. Went into the Surgery to advise and a receptionist said due to their error they would make sure that my medication would be available to collect the next day. IT WASN'T In the end I had to go into the Surgery and ask for a prescription to be given to me in person, due to the Surgery's incompetence. Not a good feeling for one's health, the Surgery made me feel ill. The esplanade Surgery in Ryde use to be excellent, sadly not anymore. It is Poorly run. | ||||||

Trying to get a appointment at this place is a joke. 47th in place when I rang this morning to then be told to ring back tomorrow!! You have to ring on the day to get the appointment. Always feels like they want you in and out within minutes. Shame really as I have been with The Esplanade surgery my hole life. You’d think they’d prioritise pregnant women with a serious life threatening illness!! Whenever I do get a appointment “rarely” the hole waiting room is full of the elderly coughing and sneezing ?? | ||||||
