Appaulling service from Wokingham Medical Centre. Have been trying for days to contact them but nobody is answering the phones. Have waited in a queue of callers for over an hour and still nobody answers! How are patients supposed to get any kind of treatment or even a response from this dreadful medical centre !!! Their response is that they are sorry and they are working hard to provide a better service, but lastly they don’t have enough staff to support the number of patients as the issue with not answering phones has been going on for months without improvement. To make matters worse they now seem to have adopted a policy of simply deleting bad reviews without having the courtesy of responding |

This centre has moved away from humanistic patient care to a model where people are treated like numbers. As a result, staff lack compassion and empathy. I was treated badly by the phlebotomist who was aggressive, rude, disrespectful and intimidating. Even worse she smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Nobody follows up your complaints as there are far too many. A disgraceful medical centre. |

Waited 6 months for an appointment with the nurse for my coil to be fitted. To be told she was running so behind at 9.40am ?? And could be anything up to 45 mins to an hour . After dragging my mum up to look after the kids . I couldn't wait as she was going out. The nurse was like you'll just have to rebook. I understand every patient needs more or less time but to be running that late when they don't start until 9am Is ridiculous ?? I've now had to leave with no further appointment booked as they have no appointments free for months. So disappointed. The surgery is run so inadequately ! |
