Never have I had a doctor who cares as much as my doctor, I would only ever go to see him in the future. He has helped with my mental health at the time. Of need not a moment has gone by that he hasn't thought about me as a patient. I honestly feel this man is here to help rather than pick up his paycheck. We need more drs in this world like him. The support he provided was exceptional and I am. Very grateful thank you |

Can't fault the GPs and Practice Nurse, always helpful and supportive with treatment and recommendations. However, the people at reception are consistently unhelpful and each person you speak to tells you something different. I have previously been told I can fill in a form and have a prescription sent to the pharmacy to be told 6 months later that this isn't the case and I must have been mistaken because I need to see a GP. They are often rude and unhelpful when I call to make an appointment and it seems they just want to get you off the phone quickly. |

I have been a patient at this surgery for 38 years. In all these years I have never experienced anything other than true professionalism from ALL the staff who are employed there.
I have had some very serious health issues and have been treated with such great care and prompt treatment by all concerned.
I never feel I am a nuisance, wasting their time or my visit is about something too trivial. I always leave the surgery reassured and happy with my treatment. I do not always see the same doctor but if I am able to I would rather do that as I prefer continuity and the receptionists will always try and offer me an appointment with my preferred doctor. If this is not possible I know I shall be reassured that each doctor knows my health history anyway.
Well done all of you for such a great service. |
