I got the feeling that the receptionist gives a standard could not care less answer.The practice manager admits to problems but I think is not sure how to fix them.So after a few phone calls the practice manager finally got a very pleasant and very helpful doctor to contact me.He explained what was wrong and also my way forward.I was going to give a bad review and give a marking of poor but I will alter that to a good review and say thank you very much. | ||||||

The medical staff and receptionists are great.Lovely team and work ethic.However office manager is very rude it's a shame really. | ||||||

Easily the best doctors practice in the UK by far Iv'e been with the Nirgude family for over 35 years. Mrs Nirgude works her socks off | ||||||
