I have been with this practice for many years now, I always give them the befit of the doubt as I know doctors surgeries can be very busy and other people have issues to be dealt with other than myself. But on the last three occasions of having to pick up a sicknote they keep giving me the wrong person sick note and not checking the details correctly. On top of that today alone I have tried calling six times the phone has disconnected me on three of those occasions and when I finally got through all the receptionist could tell me was that I had to call in the morning, I then told her I had already done that this morning and tried calling at six different times throughout the day and this is the first time I have been able to get through and all she could say to me was well you have to call again at 8am. I’m Appalled by the receptionist responses to me and when on the phone and asking what my appointment was for, she was asking me too much detail that she did not need to know that should’ve been between me and my doctor. I felt as if that had breach of confidentiality. |

To make an appointment you have to phone at 8AM on either the day you want an appointment, or EXACTLY 7, 14 or 21 days in advance, and then hope you get lucky. For someone on a zero hours contract who drives to work at 8AM every day it is literally impossible to even make an appointment without losing money. I've tried phoning later in the day to make ANY appointment on ANY day at ANY time in the next 3 weeks, just to be told that they won't allow that and that I have to play their silly game of ringing at 8AM and hoping to get lucky. The system that they came up with may suit them, but it is of no use whatsoever to people like me. |

I recently had minor Surgery at Woosehill practice to remove a small lump. The doctor and nurse were very professional, very friendly and put me totally at ease. I am always very happy with the service provided by this practice and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks very much. |
