I phoned to make a very simple request for my prescription to be amended in order to access the life saving medication in a different dosage as the original dose medication is is not available due to lack of supply caused by Brexit. I have taken time and lots of effort to explain what needed, however, the receptionists were unable to take the information in. They were not listening and they were often interrupting while I tried to explain what pharmacy needs in order to access this crucial medication. Words such as ‘love, darling or dear’ have been frequently used, which is highly inappropriate in a professional setting. My prescription finally arrived to the requested pharmacy but it wasn’t done in the way the pharmacist could help me to obtain this crucial allergy lifesaver. I am very disappointed with Burmahill administration and their ineffective and unhelpful way of working which does not reflect awareness that they are a dealing with people who are unwell and deserve to be served in a prompt, effective and respectful manner. | ||||||

I am 17 weeks pregnant and since then I have been unable to see my GP, their booking system is really annoying.
If you need to see your doctor you need to ring them at 8am for same morning appointment, and of course, the line is always busy. When you finally get to talk to someone they have no spots available.
You have to waste 10 minutes trying to ring them at 8am or 2pm to be told that they filled all the spots.
I needed to see my doctor for pregnancy matters and am unable to to so, if I want to book an appointment for other day I will be given a time in the next week or in 10 days time.
If I am not well today I do not want to see my doctor next week. Just hope for nothing worse and that my baby is safe and well. | ||||||

I hadva water infection not very helpful had not had my test results backmjustbtold tomringb111 took me n hourvtomgetbthrough then given a numberbtomring for district nurse she took one look at my sample and could not be live Dr had not given me any auntie bioticts as it was xmas eve any way a Dr did call me back he dad Gould my results sent a percribsion tomtesconafter checking sphere in could go Tesco did not have them off to Morrison bingo The Dr knew thatbinhad been having a problem not very happy with the service imreceived | ||||||
