I have today received superb care and service from this practice . Things could not have happened quicker. The timetable.... Last night, Sunday,in the shower I came across a suspicious lump. Waited until the 8am phone scramble had subsided this morning , got through on my 2nd try. A brief description to the reception and i was told a Dr would ring this morning. The call came as promised , quite a lengthy chat, the Dr said “Can you make 1730hrs today?” The arranged appointment went with all the care and attention one could wish for, I even committed the cardinal sin of “Why I’m here may I ask you about ....... “ This out of order request was dealt with as much care and attention. The results.... I have an appointment request into the RBH for scans and antibiotics to see if it is an infection not a cancer plus comprehensive blood tests booked for 7 days for the second item i raised. That is 23 hours from discovery to “we are on the way”. 10/10 in my book. B J Lambe |

Fantastic GP Surgery. The new telephone appointment system is great as I don’t need to ring up at 8am for an appointment. Yes it isn’t the easiest to get through to the surgery in the morning but this is the same everywhere. The doctors and nurses all appear very caring and do a fantastic job considering the pressures they are under. |

The reception staff are lovely and so helpful. So much better than it used to be when a very sour faced women worked there who was always rude and abrupt. Thankfully she has now left! The doctors really make you feel valued and the triage system that the surgery uses means you can always speak to someone on the day you call even if its not face to face with a doctor. |
