Don't bother with them. They just don't care. Looks like my surgery will now be delayed because I just can't get an appointment |

Stood outside at 8am to get an in-person appointment only to be offered a telephone call with no specific time. I was sent away with no other option, very distressing as the matter I wish to discuss with my GP is sensitive and not something I want to be talking about at work, home or in the supermarket!! Left to wait all day by my phone which isn’t something that can always be done. This type of appointment management has to stop is so distressing and having no option to make an in-person appointment feels ethically wrong! |
