Hanslope Surgery

I was sent for an X Ray on my ankle after a phone consultation. The GP said if they could find nothing on the X Ray they would have to see me to examine the ankle. The results came back with nothing found. I contacted the surgery for a face to face appointment, only to be told I would have to wait for telephone consultation in a few days! So needlessly waiting in pain for a telephone appointment to tell me i need a face to face appointment. Ill thought out bureaucracy and definitely not patient centered.

Apathetic care at best. The only time you get a doctor who takes your care seriously is when there is a locum visiting the practice, but they sadly move on. The rest of the time the practice doctors are disinterested and try to move you on as fast as they can. Don't have a complex issue either as that will flummox the team at this surgery who will perform the bare minimum of perfunctory tests to try to get to the bottom of the problem. The dispensing team are generally wonderful and helpful.
