Absolutely unproffesional service, no respect, dignity and unhelpful, hung up phone during conversation with patient. Excuses given that is agency doctor. This surgery should be close as can be risk to public.This surgery should be reported to Safeguarding and CQC for no competence. Discusting and rediculus place! | ||||||

star I would!!! I can’t say the surgery I was at beforehand was much better but I would rather be there than at purbeck now! As soon as my referral is over with, I am moving back .. and strongly suggest anyone who is considering to; does not register for this surgery! Been in pain with an issue I’ve had for over 3 years now, after many doctors appointments with no one helping me and just shrugging me off; I decided to take matters into my own hands and go private, just for when I do go back to the doctor for him to say ‘I can’t keep up your seeing too many people’ … not that I want to go private and pay thousands of pounds for someone to even just take tests!!! maybe I wouldn’t have to if you actually investigated what was wrong !! I understand the strain of covid on nhs staff, but if anyone is milking it , it’s these- still working from home even though everyone has gone back to work, because it ‘helps them get through appointments quicker’ … yep helps them get through appointments quicker when they actually don’t bother to call you and when you ring back to ask if they have forgotten about you at the end of the day they say ‘we did try and ring, it must have been your service’… nope, been with my phone at home all day with full service!! Maybe if you did face to face appointments at a set time, you would see that the person would actually turn up! And as for having to call at 8am every morning even if it’s for a non emergency appointment, absolutely ridiculous! What surgery does that?! So how long will I be ringing for, months? Because it seems most times I start to ring at 7:59, don’t get through until almost 9am or later, to be told there are no appointments left! Not only that, having to take my TWO year old daughter to wait in a car at urgent care for 4 hours, just because you wouldn’t see her for a rash as you were working from home and the picture I sent was ‘blurry’. It wasn’t BTW! And then the next time the doctor could see her in person was 2 weeks away! So I’m going to neglect my child and let her wait for 2 weeks for her rash to develop even worse and make her more uncomfortable ! Absolute disgrace of a surgery!! Sort yourselves out and get back to reality like everyone else has had to! Fortunately I don’t have a seriously life threatening condition, but I feel for those who do because you would never get the help you need if you ever did need it! Poor urgent care is being over ridden with patients, due to the likes of surgery like Purbeck!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SURGERY AT ALL COSTS!!! | ||||||
