I get disappointed every time I call the surgery, Every time you call there are no appointments by the time your call gets answered by someone and then they tell you to que up in the morning at 6am don't matter how I'll you are. Now a new system they refer you to the nearest pharmacy and what you get from them is sorry and they tell you to come buy the medication that's another way of making money. The system is rubbish and it needs to get sorted.... |

It is difficult to get an appointment, but the service from the staff (reception, nurses and doctors) is excellent in my experience. |

I would like to say how fantastic Emma the practice nurse has been towards me following a very traumatic 7 months. I wanted help losing weight and she encouraged me and let me know there wa an in-house dietician, with whom I am working closely to achieve my goals. In addition, a thank you to the Receptionist who quickly arranged my appointment with the dietician. A 2.5 is a very low score and I don't understand it. They have all been wonderful from the GPs to the nurses to the reception staff. I give you 5 out of 5. Getting an appointment is an overall problem no matter which surgery you go to. There is the option of urgent care or if an emergency A & E or go private. |
