I do not understand why the receptionists feel it necessary to be rude and unhelpful. People calling to try and get an appointment are often worried and anxious. They do not need the additional stress that the receptionists at this surgery seem to enjoy giving. The receptionist need to know that endless phone calls and dealing with people regardless if they are difficult comes with the job. Try to at least empathise. If not, I suggest you get a job that requires less human contact. |

I have never experienced such rudeness, unhelpfulness and uncaring in my life in any situation and I am 51 years old. Please consider all comments made on this site and address the attitude of receptionists with extreme urgency. |

Takes around 200 calls and 45min of time to try and speak with some one about an appointment |
