    I feel the surgery has improved since the take over. The doctors and nurses are friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns and address them all. I feel reassured that my family are receiving the best possible care. I am relatively new to the practice but still see the improvements, both in patient care and upkeep of the building. I think the appointments system which is being introduced is a good idea for non-emergency appointments and balances out with the "sit and wait" sessions in the morning.
