Whenever I try to use econsult I fill in questions and explain the problem, then told my report will not be forwarded to the Hart Surgery and to make my own contact. A direct email to the surgery or GP would be much easier. |

I am trying to use EConsult. It claims to be available 24/7 however when I click on the 24/7 link I am told that the surgery is closed and so I cannot use the service. I have a history of skin lesions and now have a new one. During the pandemic I was able to use EConsult to send photographs at any time - and then when the surgery was open they were seen and I was referred onward for treatment. What is the point of EConsult now if it is only available during surgery hours? |

I went to the surgery with my brother in law on Thursday 7th July. We saw Dr M Kaur. I was astonished at how lovely and knowledgeable she was. So professional and a great manner. He was really poorly and she diagnosed his condition accurately in a very short space of time. I wish all doctors were as great as this. Thank you Dr Kaur - you were wonderful! I meant it when I wanted you to look after my pregnant Daughter in law. |
