The reception staff are rude and couldnt care less. They dole out medications to patients without having them checked in excess of two years. They refuse to help out with wound dressings and patients are expected to check themselves in. It takes over 6 minutes for the Receptionist to come to the reception when you press the bell. The Practice Manager is so busy talking to her mates on the phone about what she is planning to do with her weekend she cannot assist her staff in sorting out enquiries beyond their control and the whole service stinks of poor management and couldn't care less attitude |

Patient attention, customer service and appointments system is terrible. I’m fed up of frustration and endless waiting time at phone every time I need to book an appointment. Every time I call I’m asked to call next day, next week… they never have enough staff. The worst experience in health care I ever have. I’m changing GP as soon I can. |
