We had to wait a week for the doctor to write a death certificate and then when we took it to the registrar it was incomplete .The registrar at Bodicote could not contact anyone at the Horsefair surgery until after 2pm because everyone is at lunch!!!? When eventually she got contact they could not do anything over the phone? We then had to rearrange the appointment with the registrar and all subsequent appointments we had arranged too.How can a Doctor completing a sensitve document at a time of sadness not be able to dot i's and T's. It shows a complete lack of respect. | ||||||

Me and my partner have been here a few times and never normally had an issue, however we came today 28.05.2019 after phoning and getting a 5pm appointment. So we sat, and waited for 30 minutes until I chased his appointment to be told “he is still with a patient” my parter wasn’t seeing a male doctor to start with and people who had come in after him had been seen sooner. I left it for 15 more minutes (as this is the normal length of a doctors appointment) and still nothing. Once again I go up to chase his appointment to be told “we will see this gent then I will see your partner” I said “okay that’s fine” as he had been here before me. I watched as he walked out after his appointment and we still weren’t called in so once again an hour later now 18:00pm I once again chase it to be told “she is still with a patient” I explained to the very rude, unhelpful, lack of empathy receptionist that I have watched him come out and we have been waiting for an hour she could see I was getting very distressed given I am currently approx. 29 weeks pregnant. Anyway after walking through myself to prove she wasn’t with anyone I get told “I will see what’s happening” to which he was then seen almost immediately. I would not have kicked off so much if we where made aware there was a wait or the doctors/ nurses where delayed as this happens everywhere you go but we weren’t made aware or this which is why I am quite upset. I feel very neglected and let down by horsefair surgery in Banbury and I would NOT recommend coming here. I am still awaiting my apology. | ||||||
