Told the surgery I had a wound on my face that hadn’t healed in three years. Told to send a picture as I couldn’t see a GP. After seeing the picture I was prescribed steroids which didn’t work. Took a month to get a follow up which finally resulted in seeing a GP after 3 months. He straight away diagnosed a carcinoma that would never heal so would need removing surgically. That took two months and one cancelled operation. Thankfully it was benign. Have had to result to going private for myself and partner for a tumour and hysterectomy. Absolutely terrible care! |

When it works it is excellent. I rang on Friday because I thought I had shingles I was 5th in the queue when the phone was answered. It took a while to get connected the person who answered said they were only doing emergency appointments and asked what my problem was. She told me a Dr would call me. A Dr called me at 9.20 asked if I wanted to send photos or go to the surgery. I opted to send a photo. The Dr sent me a link to upload the photo, he then confirmed the diagnosis and write me a script. A fantastic experience thank you |
