I booked an appointment with a mental health practitioner to talk about my mental health because I said I was really struggling. When she called we were on the phone for 5 minutes. I was crying and explaining how I was feeling and she just told me it’s normal and that things may just be too much for me at the minute. Said to try talking space but have to pay for it and would send me a message about it and never did. Don’t feel like I got any help or support at all. Making me feel worse and basically just said give it time. My mental health is declining and feel like now nobody will do anything to help me. |
