Harry Smith Quick efficient service from Woodcote surgery Dr very reassuring and really cared about how I was feeling. I was given a same day appointment Dr consultation made me feel better just having someone assessing my illness so thoroughly A plan of care was made and I was advised I could ring back at any time if I didn’t improve Best GP service ever When the NHS is in a crisis they represent the best service and care still available within the NHS ?????????? |

The worst GP surgery they do not manage admin and everything has to be via awful web forms it is impossible to even speak to a Dr let alone see one without having to chase and chase. Limited knowledge on many topics and lengthy delays in getting prescriptions to. |

I've always been happy enough with the surgery at Goring, the staff are all nice and they do a good job of fitting appointments around a busy schedule. My experience today though has prompted me to write.
It's unfortunate that I've only met this particular doctor today having lived in the village for 6 years. During that time I've cycled through the next available doctor routine, more times than I care to remember.
I had multiple reasons to visit today but found the doctor to be easily the most empathetic doctor that I've met. She is one in a million and I've just requested to be changed to her care moving forward. She's the first doctor that I've met that I'd actually put off getting seen to make sure I could see her. |
