Contacted the surgery with abdomen pain and was seen within the hour. The Doctor was thorough and explained everything clearly. Was referred for further investigation. I left with peace of mind. A very positive experience. |

On behalf of my elderly parents: We, as a family, are extremely disappointed with the service from this practice. My mother fell and hurt her back but could not get an appointment with a doctor for 10 days. She eventually had to call the wonderful paramedics out, went into hospital and was diagnosed with a fractured coccyx. Whenever my parents need to see a GP the wait is usually about 2 weeks. Even trying to get through and speak to a Receptionist is an ordeal. They are frequently quite curt and sometimes even rude. I consider this to be quite disgraceful. We are all under pressure now and have every sympathy with the NHS. My own experiences with the NHS have been 100% positive but I live in Devon! There is not much more I can say really, but ‘get your act together please’. |

I have now been waiting for 7 days for my repeat prescription to be ready for collection ,i am becoming increasingly concerned to the side effects of missing out on blood pressure tablets . |
