Always very good attention, and service from all staff including the receptionists and nursing staff. Marvellous how you can phone for an appointment, and get one usually on the same day. Health MOT’S are an insightful way of keeping you on the right track with your health, which is beneficial. | ||||||

I am so happy to be a patient here .I have had a first visit today ,being newly registered. When I registered the receptionist said I would love it and I do . It is sooooo good to have a doctor who cares and listens and treats you as a real person ,rather than rushing to get the next one in ! I felt that I really matter as an individual and that tremendously increases your confidence in your treatment.Eye contact was made and time taken by the doctor during the consultation ,from past experiences, a rarity! The rest of the team are pretty good too ,pleasant attentive receptionist and efficent dispensary. I haven,t experienced more team members yet .However I feel the need to say thank you to all for offering me such exceptional service . It is so easy to knock the NHS but when it it well run is cannot be beaten and this practice is the best ! I left today with a great big smile on my face . Thank you all. Need to teach nurse on today friday 14th april some people skills so rude was more interested in her cake and cupa but no time to answer a simple question that is 3rd time she has has been realy rude and gave medical advice that is not helpfull and telling people t go to hospital as they are very busy even though it was not a hospital matter and surgery was empty :( people get stressed as it is but toi be made feel like you were being a nuinsance and inconvience is wrong if every one were to go to hospitals which are already very busy there would be no need of a surgery and she would be out of a job !!!! | ||||||
