Staff are rude and appointments almost impossible to get. Receptionists want to know your ailments, they are rude, miserable and appear to forget it's the tax payer paying their wages. |

This practise has been taken over by the ruby medical group. Such a shame as used to be lovely and friendly almost family, now you are just a number. Waiting for a booked apt takes an hour, so take your lunch. They don't listen have no interest in the patient.
So many people have changed surgery it takes a months for records to be transferred from Stratton to the other practice in town. |

Fantastic support from the Dr and very helpful reception staff. Mum collapsed on day 1 of holiday and we had 2 home visits, fast blood tests and great support and advice with interaction from home oncology team to allow us to have family time together. Thank you. |
