Callington no longer allow you to book an appointment, i was in there today, could see doctors and other staff having coffee, not one patient in the waiting room, i work long hours which i was told is a problem that is down to me with regards to seeing a doctor, i stay away from them as much as i can but i have something happening which could be serious i just want it checked two minutes and i would be gone, did the recommended livi and online stuff, livi told me to see a doctor, funny!!! I work hard to pay lots of tax and NI for a service i am pretty much bared from using, the nhs seems broken, why are doctors not seeing people, its pretty awful, felt very sorry for the reception woman, her job is hell while GPs are doing what exactly? | ||||||

I live in Callington with my husband We are very pleased with all aspects of Care All the staff that we have dealt with are very kind and will always listen One of our main reasons for staying in the Callington area is because we are very lucky with the services provided by an excellent team We cannot praise them enough Well done to you all and thank you so much for all the Care given by you Thank you Mary and Ken Shaw | ||||||

I registered my wife as a temporary resident as she had severe neck pain. We were seen in the same day by a very cariing and thorough GP.
I can’t thank the surgery enough. Reception were lovely. Phone was answered promptly and we were offered an appointment within 2 hours. Surgery was busy but we were given plenty of time and treated excellently. Thank you | ||||||
