Myself and my husband have had to use the surgery in recent weeks and we have both been very impressed with the service we have received. On each occasion the reception staff/patient advisors answering the phone have been friendly and very helpful. The GP’s that have dealt with my husbands issue have been supportive and they have been equally supportive dealing with my daughters problem. A referral to paediatrics was sent very quickly. We can not fault the service we have received. | ||||||

Difficulty in getting through on the phone is bad enough but when finally answered to be spoken to like a child {,patronising and rude} when requiring an appointment for x ray results only to be told I would HAVE to wait for a phone consultation. Not given chance to explain that I work in a place with no mobile signal and cannot afford time off to sit by the land line at home I was cut off. having been told that 'she' would not be spoken to like that. Still in pain thanks | ||||||
