Because of increased numbers of patients we are unable to contact the surgery and get an appointment. To get seen you have to wait for the numbers to drop from 5 or 6 down to 1 if you can stand the the prerecorded blood pressure raising messages, which make holding on impossible. The staff are under extreme pressure to understand the reason you require an appointment, they are NOT medically trained and should not be asked to perform such a task . If I need an appointment I need one,What happened to old fashioned service???` |
