I have moved quite a few times so have attended several GP practices, this certainly is by far the best. The staff are friendly and caring. I feel very lucky to be with this surgery. Previously I have seen the GP who was wonderful. Today I saw a nurse who was friendly, professional and reassuring. I honestly cannot find fault with this surgery. |

Suffered with marfans syndrome since birth due to that I've suffered with anxiety, depression and insomnia throughout my life I'm only 20 years old. I came from stoke surgery and since joining deans cross I had to fight for my prescription meds and was made to feel pretty useless tbh... everything has only gotten worse so after receiving a text from my (DR WOODWOOD) asking how ny neds were working out I responded saying, tbh they have made no difference and that I'm feeling very bad. That was on the 22nd of February, its now the 7th of March I truly feel like I can't carry on which I expressed to the doctor I still haven't had a response... I've genuinely can't believe they'd leave a mental health issue this long. Makes you feel completely alone and worthless thanks Dr WOODWOOD. |
