Trying to get an appointment at this practice with a GP is quite difficult. I spoke with reception for an available appointment and was referred to the pharmacist and was spoken to within a week via telephone. The pharmacist was unable to assist and had to speak with a GP. I got a text a few days later asking me to contact the practice to book an appointment with the GP, only to be given an appointment in one months time. In total I would have waited 6 weeks from initial contact before receiving any real professional medical advice or support. I know how busy GP practices are but I am silently suffering with my condition and to wait 6 weeks to speak to a medical professional is an absolute joke. |

I’ve been a patient here for years and they never fail to make me or my children feel listened to and taken care of. Brilliant team and thanks for all the the hard work you do, especially under immense pressure. |

I never leave negative review but I don't have a choice now. Some of the ladies on the reception desk are so rude. The way and tone of their voice are not very professional and welcoming. I have to say I had very bad experience with one doctor. He wasn't nice and he diagnosed my child over the telephone. When I asked for face to face appointment he was very rude and I felt like I'm taking his time. He told me come to the surgery and from the first minute he seem mad cause he have to check my baby. I'm very disapointed and suprised he dare to told us we can't come to the surgery every time when we are worry about something. Yes we can, we are parents who care about their child and he is a doctor and he's job is helping others. I'm thinking about official complaing. Avoid that surgery. |
