Had a terrible experience with one of the doctors who made me feel like an inconvenience to his day. I left feeling unheard and still with many questions. Lessons in care, listening and common courtesy required! |

January 2024. I had a nurse appointment to have blood taken. I’m sure all doctors and nurses know the parking at the surgery can be horrendous. Once I found a parking space and rushed into surgery the nurse was just calling my name, she told me and I’m sure the whole surgery heard I was a few minutes late. Then she rushed to get my blood ( which she couldn’t achieve) then told me she didn’t have time , as I was late to attempt again. The blonde nurse has the room upstairs and really was not sympathetic. I now have to go back again to have blood test again. Please , lm sure not only myself, do not like telling a receptionist why I need appointment. Not their decision if we see a doctor or not. |
