I’m a successful black man, yet, to the receptionists I’m a piece of trash on the floor. They never help, due to me sounding different. I get a totally different response when my W friends phone or if I email.

The reception lady called name started with s is very rude unhelpful n recist towards me

They never gave you appointment its very hard to get appointment I have called few time with my new born the lady on reception name started s called told me to call 111 if we have to call 111 everything then why we need gp then she changed my daughter vaccine appt n called me before 1 day saying there is no nurse available to do itvwas 2nd month vaccine n she gave me qppt almost on 3 month time I turn back said to her do you realise its her 2nd month vaccine it's should be around on 2month time then she goes don't have I said its not my problem then she manged to find after week its not one time problem here every time I was so poorly I couldn't continue my econsult it says I have to call gp for advice because I have fever above 38 n I was shivering when I call gp to make appt the lady s said I have to do econsult n start to arguing with me I don't call gp just do econsult n someone will get back to me I was dying with my 5 month little daughter they called after 6 days by the time I had done private consultation n started my medicine they never tried to help me on single occasion the reception lady called seems very racist to me she knows I m not from here
